Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- In resalable condition (free of odors, stains, or damage)
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Use our template below for quick processing.
- Wait for authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our Nottingham facility using a trackable shipping method. The address will be provided in your RMA email.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). For international returns, we recommend using your local postal service with tracking.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns of bulk orders.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on cycling apparel:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply)

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare, but it happens even to the best gear):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
